Red (Syrah)

Description
Vinified in wood (20%) and stainless steel for 18 months, this 100% shiraz wine has a black fruit – blackcurrants, blackberry – and spicy nose – licorice, nutmeg. A fruit-driven mouth with a cherry-like acidity that, with the fine tannins, render an elegant and refined wine. This wine is elaborated with organic grapes.

Food & wine pairing
This red wine’s pinot-like acidity makes it a perfect fit for beef and steaks in particular. Its shiraz fruit and tightly reined in strength makes it the perfect match for deeply-flavoured stewed meats, be they from the East or from the West.
