Description
Made of 100% Carignan Blanc, a forgotten grape variety of the Languedoc region, this wine has a rare finesse. A luscious nose of ripe white fruits, pears, quince, peaches and a touch of lemon curd. In the mouth, a multi layered, ever-lasting fruitfulness, held in check by a saline acidity, characteristic of the carignan blanc. This wine is elaborated with organic grapes.

Food & wine pairing
The uncharacteristic salty freshness of this white Languedoc wine makes it a perfect match for poultty and fish, but also smoked foods, such as Lebanese aubergine purée, smoked salmon and smoked – or lacquered – duck.
